About
Art Dealer, Internet Entrepreneur.
I started my art dealer and art appraisal business from the ground up fifteen years ago. This involves high-end, high-touch sales and relationship management for a very discriminating clientele of art collectors. During this same period I began my consulting services business to corporations and startups as a business analyst, financial analyst, asset manager and technical writer. I also worked as a contract programmer, writing financial applications for fixed income trading systems.
Following 911, I was contracted to write financial controls software which was used to track money flows in the U.S. banking system. I also worked as an anti-money launderer, with work including Standard Chartered Bank and Nomura Securities, both in New York, and Beverly Enterprises in Fort Smith, Arkansas. During this period, I completed coursework for a masters in mathematics, and received a masters degree in education and special education, which I then followed with volunteer teaching for at risk youth for two years.
For a ten year period following college, I programmed SCSI hard drives for Macintosh computers, and clients include Apple, and Relax Technology. I started a successful business installing and programming voice and data networks, in the San Francisco Bay area, for small to medium sized businesses, which I then sold.
Internet entrepreneur focused on professional relations management, tech, and arts startups.
